La Poste Du Louvre

La Poste du Lourve is located in the heart of Paris and is the only building in Paris that has a hotel, shops, restaurants, offices and entertainment services in one building.

The building was first inaugurated in 1886 and renovated from 2015 to present. The building retains the entire ancient appearance, the rest of the internal structure is demolished and built new. Inside the building, the skylight is extended from the bottom up to form a garden, and at the same time combined with glass walls and glass roofs to help natural light penetrate deep into the building. With the ambition of “Green”, the project is designed with many solutions such as solar energy, rainwater collection tanks, Low-e glass, …. That’s why La Poste du Lourve has been achieved many Green Building Certifications including HQE Excellent, LEED Gold, BREAM Very Good and PH&E Gold.
