First project in Vietnam applying “LEED V4.1 Residential – Multifamily”

Congratulations to Doji Land, subsidiary of Doji Gold & Gems Group, on the achievement of LEED Precertification for Diamond Crown Hai Phong. This is the first project in Vietnam applying “LEED V4.1 Residential – Multifamily”.

ISD Engineering is delighted to contribute our expertise to this project as LEED Consultant. LEED V4.1 Residential presents a new approach to residential projects, that pulls the most relevant language from the BD+C and all residential focused rating systems and merges it with the priorities of the residential market.
