Introduction
The Owner currently has 3 service apartment operating assets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The latest service apartment project, Sila Urban Living, was completed in April 2016. The Owner wishes to continue building the Sila branding with this project, namely Sila Thao Dien, in term of construction standards and furnishing. In term of development vision, Sila Thao Dien will be a new level of urban living in Ho Chi Minh City with a modern, high- rise, low density development in a secured and tropical lush green environment.
