LEED Proven Provider (USGBC / GBCI)

LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the world’s most widely used green building certification system, developed by USGBC.

The LEED Proven Provider title is awarded exclusively to organizations with a strong track record of performance and consistent success in LEED projects—demonstrating reliability, credibility, and deep expertise in green building consultancy.

To achieve the LEED Proven Provider designation, organizations must pass the extremely stringent evaluation criteria set by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Specifically, the firm must have a minimum of six projects certified under the same LEED rating system, demonstrating stable and extensive consulting experience.

Among the five most recent LEED submissions, at least three must be rated “Above Average” or “Excellent” by the USGBC, and no submission can be rated “Below Average.” Additionally, the organization must demonstrate that it has a team of highly qualified LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) and a rigorous internal quality management system.

It is these demanding requirements that make the LEED Proven Provider designation a rare benchmark, awarded only to the world’s leading firms in the green building sector.

EDGE Premier Service Provider (IFC / World Bank Group)

EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is an initiative by the IFC to promote energy-, water-, and material-efficient building design in emerging markets.

In addition to its LEED achievements, ISD Engineering has also been recognized as an EDGE Premier Service Provider—the highest tier of accreditation within IFC’s recognition framework for organizations that consult, audit, and support green building certification under the EDGE system.

To qualify for this title, an organization must meet stringent criteria, including a minimum of five certified EDGE projects, a certified floor area of 500,000 m² per year, and a team with at least two EDGE Experts, including one EDGE Faculty. Globally, only a handful of organizations have received this designation from IFC, further solidifying ISD Engineering’s leadership in advancing and implementing green building standards both regionally and internationally.
