Second Office of HSBC achieves LEED Gold Certification

Congratulations to HSBC on having their LEED Gold Certification for their second office in The Metropolitan Building.  
 
At HSBC, they are attempting to achieve net-zero emissions throughout their supply chain and operations. According to Mr. Phillip Wright, Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Vietnam, they looked to obtain LEED certification for their project in strategic locations.  

In 2023, HSBC was the first bank in Viet Nam to achieve LEED Gold status for their E-Town Transaction Office. This year, they have just obtained a second LEED Gold Certification for their office in the Metropolitan Building under the LEED v4 Interior Design and Construction Interiors rating system. ISD Engineering is proud to partner with HSBC as a LEED consultant for these two projects.  

This achievement demonstrates the HSBC bank’s dedication to sustainable business practices and highlights the organization’s efforts to make social and environmentally friendly decisions.
